*Multiple Course Plan: If a student contracts with Yorktown University for multiple courses, each course is treated separately for the purposes of calculating any refund. For example, if a student signs an agreement for 12 credits (4 courses), but completes only part of one 3 credit course, the student is entitled to a full refund on the remaining 9 uncompleted credits.
The university is not responsible for any other funds you may have expended including, but not limited to, cost of college transcripts, foreign credential evaluation, testing, and other miscellaneous student fees, textbook charges, shipping costs, etc.
Any monies paid by a third party will not be issued to you. The Payor may request a refund based upon the policy outlined above,
Any holder of this consumer contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof. Recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed the amount paid by the debtor hereunder.

If you have not indicated (above) what your START DATE is, within five days of submitting this Enrollment Agreement, select a Start Date, and email your selection to: Registrar@yorktownuniversity.com.
Students are given a maximum of ten weeks to complete all coursework. A course extension fee of $50 may be assessed if you fail to complete coursework within ten weeks. The Start Date selected determines when this ten week period begins.
